As the official conference venue for ICAME 2026, Special room rates have been arranged exclusively for ICAME 2026 participants for the conference period. However, it is subject to hotel availability for booking made before 15 June 2026.

How to Reserve Accommodation
Participants who wish to stay at the official conference hotel, Tamu Hotel & Suites Kuala Lumpur, are kindly requested to complete the hotel booking request form via the link provided below:
This will enable the Organizing Committee to coordinate reservations at the special conference rate (*subject to room availability for booking made before 2nd July 2026 and the hotel’s terms and conditions). Upon submission, all matters related to final reservation confirmation, payment, and booking arrangements will be handled directly between participants and the hotel’s reservation officer.
